About the Site
Mateen is a custom web design and development studio based in Kuwait, working with clients worldwide. The Site exists to show our work, explain what we do, and let people get in touch about projects.
Using the Site
You’re welcome to browse the Site and get in touch. In return, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything unlawful or harmful
- Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems
- Copy, scrape, or reuse the Site’s content or code without our permission
- Misrepresent who you are when contacting us
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time if it’s being misused.
Our content
Everything on the Site — the design, code, text, layout, logo, and the “Mateen” name — belongs to Mateen unless stated otherwise. You may view it for your own use, but you can’t copy, republish, or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
Work shown on the Site
Projects featured in our portfolio were built for our clients. The brand names, logos, and content of those projects belong to the respective clients and are shown only as examples of our work.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites we don’t control — including projects we’ve built and third-party tools. We’re not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.
Enquiries and project work
Getting in touch through the Site — including the Start a Project form — is the first step in a conversation, not a binding agreement. Any paid work we take on is governed by a separate proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, timeline, payment, and ownership for that specific project. These Site terms don’t replace that agreement.
No guarantees
The Site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate, available, and secure, but we don’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we don’t guarantee that the information on it is complete or current at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Mateen isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site, including any reliance you place on information found on it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any dispute relating to the Site or these terms will be subject to the courts of Kuwait.
